We're trying to keep the product itself efficient to operate, and a meaningful part of LTD revenue goes back into growth and business development so the company keeps moving forward.

Every KYZON Echo LTD includes free access to all three, so alongside KYZON Echo you also get the KYZON free tier at no extra cost. That includes 5 users, 2-hour video meetings, 15GB of storage, and 15 whiteboards.

Then you'd upgrade those products separately. The idea is that each KYZON product stands on its own, so an Echo LTD upgrades Echo — it doesn't automatically max out every other product too.

The KYZON Space and KYZON Flow lifetime deals have just wrapped up, but you still get their free tiers bundled in with your KYZON Echo purchase. A separate lifetime deal for KYZON Canvas is coming soon. That way you can add more only where you actually need it instead of paying for upgrades across the whole suite.

Yes. If you start on Tier 1 and later realise you need Tier 2 or Tier 3, you can upgrade.

We'll credit what you already paid toward the higher tier, so you're only paying the difference rather than starting again from scratch.

Yes. Guest access is included, so you can bring clients, contractors, partners, or external collaborators into the conversations that matter without giving them full internal access. You can invite unlimited guests, and guests are not included in your user count.

KYZON Echo can be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This lets you open KYZON Echo from your home screen like a normal app, without going through an app store.

Android: Open KYZON Echo in Chrome. Chrome is currently the only supported browser for Android. From the browser menu, tap "Add to home screen", then confirm Install. When you open KYZON Echo from your home screen, you will be prompted to enable mobile notifications. Make sure that you enable this so you can receive message alerts straight to your phone.

iOS: Open KYZON Echo in Safari. Safari is currently the only supported browser for iOS. From the browser menu, tap "Share", choose "Add to Home Screen", then tap Add. When you open KYZON Echo from your home screen, you will be prompted to enable mobile notifications. Make sure that you enable this so you can receive message alerts straight to your phone.

Native Android and iOS apps are waiting for approval from their respective app stores and coming soon.

When we improve the core KYZON Echo product, those features will come with your KYZON Echo LTD. We're not treating the LTD like a frozen version of the app.

The only area where we're more careful is features with a heavy ongoing cost, especially AI. If something falls into that category, we may offer it as an optional add-on rather than bundling it in by default.
